For the record...

The Shadow's Gone Out are back with a bold new EP, John Doe, now available to stream. Following the success of their debut EP Final Alarm (2022) and the single Whispering Ghost (2023), they are continuing their sonic exploration with an even more radical project.

John Doe veer off the beaten track, delving deeper into metal influences, with explosive energy and the addition of a double pedal. The band retains its essence of dark, powerful rock, while refining its indus edge marked by high tempos and hard-hitting riffs. This second EP takes a step further into sonic experimentation, offering a more intense atmosphere, while remaining true to its identity: a unique fusion of rock, metal and industrial.

Formed in 2020 by drummer Julien and bassist Anthony, The Shadow's Gone Out stand out for their atypical line-up and their desire to offer raw, immersive instrumental music. The band also stands out for its innovative visual approach, with clips projected at concerts onto computer screens, creating a unique and engaging audiovisual experience.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the gripping world of John Doe, an EP that redefines the boundaries of rock and metal with a fresh indus twist.
