concerts. They’re back on the road in 2020/2021, with a new album, a new
show and a new tour! The “FOR TOMORROW TOUR”!
Dive into their world and embark with them! Their new album “For Tomorrow”
will be released in 2020.
Emmy recently chatted with Lead Singer Romeo, check it out:
Emmy: How did the name come about?
Romeo: “After a long time of research ahah. Reaven is a mix of the French word “rêve” (dream) and the english word
“heaven” (a place where most musicians go when they play music I guess ahah.”
Emmy: How would you describe your genre to someone who isn't familiar with your music?
Romeo: “We are a pop/rock band with a touch of electro sounds. I think that we do have catchy compositions, and a
real personal rock sound. Also, we try to offer very different colors in our songs, from acoustic to rock. You should always find something you may like depending on your musical tastes.”
Emmy: How did the band form?
Romeo: “It’s a long story of love ahah, but to cut it short, we started to make music together at school, years ago. It began with concerts in our hometown for Vince (drummer of the band) and I (Lead-singer / Guitarist of the
band). But we always wanted to tour everywhere. And this is where our 1st european tours arrived in our story… Before the US tour we were supposed to give in 2020”
Emmy: What are some of the artists that influence you?
Romeo: ““We do have a very large panel of influences. Musically, from the Woodstock years, The Beatles etc… to more recent bands like Kings of Leon, Muse etc…
We also have Rhythm’n’blues, classical and jazz influences…”
Emmy: If you could tour with any artist or band (still active or not) who would it be?
Romeo: “ guess we would love to support Muse, Coldplay or U2. Also if we were travelling in the past, I guess The Beatles, The Who, The Doors etc…”
Emmy: What's your favorite show you've played?
Romeo: “The favorite show for us was maybe during the european tour in 2018 at the Hills of Rock festival in Bulgaria. It is a rock / hard-rock / metal festival and we were kinda the only band playing pop-rock music there. We were headlining the second stage, but we were afraid that the crowd would not appreciate our
music. Finally, it turned out to be a great show in front of thousands of people, the audience was incredible.”
Emmy: What's the future hold for the band?
Romeo: “A new album called “For Tomorrow”, new tours as soon as we can. And maybe also new music videos.”
