ABOUT SOCIETY OF VILLAINS

Society of Villains is back and more dangerous than ever with their upcoming EP 'Good & Evil,’ out next spring. Packed with electrifying tracks that blur the line between light and dark, this next body of work promises to captivate and thrill listeners all the same. Prepare for a musical experience like no other—are you ready for the chaos?

Founded in 2023 from merciless treachery, Society of Villains was spawned. With a hunger for revenge swimming through their veins, these self-professed villains bred their collective musical tastes into a dark alt-rock infused evil brew. The super insidious group is made up of viral artist Sam Tinnesz and the multi-platinum producers Ian Brendon Scott and Mark Jackson. Their first EP dripped with villainous anthems that undoubtedly stirred up skeletons in the closet, while also offering any inductee into their society an outlet for fiery, fiendish energy. The mix of Ian and Mark’s riotous production with Sam’s sinister vocals was enough to wake the dead of any era. And it did — the band having climbed onto the US Rock Charts with lead single ‘Smoke & Trouble,’ reaching 21 on the SMR Chart and Top 30* Activator Rock Chart. Their US radio debut impact can be summed up by Andy Herrin from 102.0 The Buz (WBUZ/Nashville), “Nothing gets me more stoked than seeing a supergroup come out of nowhere, especially when that supergroup turns out to be rad and has a sound all their own. All three members are music industry veterans and have their own careers, which is what makes Society Of Villains even more unique and special.” On top of their success at radio, the songs have also reaped considerable growth across all major DSPs within the first six months of release, garnering 6.5 million streams collectively since their debut EP earlier this year.
